The Breakthrough Of Stem Cell Transplant Organ

Until now there has been a lot of hype and ethical issues surounding a possible breakthrough on how to grow new organs using stem cells. Despite the hype this breakthrough has been elusive.
However i have founda safer way to tansform ordinary skin cells into powerful stem cells in a move that could eventually remove the need to use human embryos.
Itis the first time that i have turned skin cells into induce pluripotent setm cells or iPS cells, which look and act like embryonic stem cells, without having to use viruses in the process.
The new method also allows for genes that are inserted to trgger cell reprogramming to be remove afterwards.
A new report brings bioengineered organs a step closer, as scientistsfrom Stanford and New York University Langone Medical Centre, United State, describe how they were ableto use a scaffolding materia extracted from the groin area of miceon which stem cells from blood, fat and bone marrow grew. This advance clears two major hurdles to dimensional organ and transplant rejecttion.
Another study suggests that gene therapy may be about to become a commercial reality, 20 years after the first experiments with the groundbreaking medical technology.
but the tale of two biotech compnies -one British and one United States, suggest a trick road ahead.
But the only drug to get to market so far has been one for head and neck cancer from Shenzhen SiBionoGeneTech, which was approved in china in 2003 on data most analyst do not believe would have suported a Western green light.
Stem cells are the body's tissuesand organs Embryonic stem cells are the most powerful kind, has they have the potential to give rise to any tissuetype. However many people object to their use, making iPS cells an attractive alternative, provided they can be made safely.I have known for so time that ordinary skin cell can be transformed into iPS cells using a handful of genes. In 2007, teams in japan and United States manage to genetically modify skin cellto be  iPS cells, opening the way for a new source of stem cells for use in research.
but to get these genes into the cells they have had to use viruses, which integriate their own genetic materia in to the cells they infect. This can cause cancer.
